These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services we offer through it, including online ordering, our online store, and our email and text programs. The website is operated by Meatheadz LLC (“Meatheadz Cheesesteaks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Meatheadz Cheesesteaks

Meatheadz Cheesesteaks is a restaurant located at 2495 Brunswick Pike #39, Lawrence Township, NJ 08648. Our website provides information about our menu, hours, and location, links to online ordering for pickup, and an online store for products we ship. Food prepared for pickup is provided at our restaurant.

Online Ordering for Pickup

Online pickup orders are placed through Toast, a third-party ordering platform. When you click an “Order” button on our website you leave our site and complete your order on Toast. Toast’s terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction. We are responsible for preparing your food; Toast operates the ordering system and processes payment.

Hours and availability. Pickup orders are accepted during our posted hours and are subject to availability. We may close early or stop taking orders when we sell out, and we post that status on our website when we can.
Pickup times. Pickup times are estimates. Orders are made fresh and may take longer during busy periods.
Order accuracy. Please check your order before you leave. If something is wrong or missing, tell us right away, in person or by phone at (609) 583-4292, and we will make it right.
Cancellations. Because food is prepared when ordered, pickup orders cannot be cancelled once we have started preparing them. Contact us immediately if you need to change an order.
Unclaimed orders. Orders not picked up during business hours on the day they were placed are discarded and are not refunded.

Delivery Apps

We may also be listed on third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. Orders placed through those apps are governed by their terms, and questions about delivery, fees, or refunds on those orders go to the app, not to us.

Menu, Pricing, and Availability

Menu items, descriptions, and prices on our website are provided for general information and may change without notice. Prices on Toast, delivery apps, and in our restaurant may differ. Photos are for illustration. We may substitute ingredients or discontinue items at any time.

Food Allergens

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and other common allergens, and cross-contact can occur. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a specific allergen. Ingredient information on this website is a general guide and may change. If you have a food allergy, tell us when you order and ask our staff directly before eating.

Online Store

Our online store sells products that we ship, including frozen food and merchandise. By placing an order you agree to the following:

Pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout where applicable. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Payment. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or suspected fraud, and we will refund any amount already charged.
Shipping. We ship only to addresses within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates. Frozen food ships on a schedule designed to arrive cold; please provide an address where someone can receive the package and move it to a freezer promptly. We are not responsible for packages that thaw because no one was available to receive them.
Perishable products. Frozen food cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it.
Merchandise. Unworn, unwashed merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.

Promotions and Discounts

Coupons, promo codes, and special offers are subject to the terms stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be ended at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

Email and Text Messages

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your order or inquiry. If you opt in to our text club, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Using This Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make purchases through this website. You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to:

Submit false or misleading information
Place orders you do not intend to pick up or pay for
Interfere with the security or operation of the website
